The Closure of Knoedlers & Company Gallery
The
recent
story of the highly respected Knoedler
Gallery,
in New York, and
the sale of a “questionable” Jackson Pollock artwork . . . Followed by their closure at the end of November, after about 150 years of business . . . is fascinating and shocking ! |

I offer "online", my “expertise” of Nicola’s work - - - it is free and offered to anyone who wishes to have a “provenance” which is probably the “surest” in the SIMBARI market - - - I am happy to help, if I can. I have nothing to gain, except keeping Nicola’s good name intact.
Nicola (SIMBARI) has been an artist dedicated to his Love of his Art . . . he has been a Renaissance Artist in the true sense of the word . . . joining HIS extra-ordinary Talent with his exceptional Love of Life, and his Reverence for His Gift. Our Life was dedicated to his Loves . . . ART and LIFE !
Have I come across any “questionable” works ? Sadly - - - yes . . . especially in his later years - -
In many ways this is a compliment to the Artist and his Success ! But, as a Collector, it is not something you wish to find you have bought !
